Yes. LAMP Link Network Partners are subject to two additional fees beyond their monthly subscription:
Referral Fee — $199
Charged per referral sent when a property owner with no existing advisor in a given category clicks "Inquire Now" and LAMP routes the inquiry to a Network Partner. This fee applies per referral delivered, regardless of outcome.
Technology Fee — $199
Charged upon a completed transaction where LAMP was the originating referral source. This fee applies in addition to the referral fee where both are applicable, meaning a LAMP-referred deal that closes may carry up to $398 in total LAMP fees.
Neither fee applies to transactions within an advisor's existing shared portfolio relationships — only to LAMP-originated referrals. LAMP reserves the right to audit completed transactions per the terms of the LAMP Link Network Partner Terms of Service, which all Network Partners sign upon activation.
Our practices include strong access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, regular vulnerability scanning, incident response planning, and vendor risk assessments — all built on SOC 2-aligned best practices.
